Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Eccentric Wool's designer comes from a Danish/Faroese family background, where she first learned to knit from her grandmother at a young age. A composer and musician by profession, she has grown to love the craft and creative challenges of knitting and knitwear design. Inspired by her Scandinavian heritage, and by the beautiful natural landscape around her, she enjoys exploring new ideas and projects with her needles and wool.
